If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and refrain from registering for any event or purchasing any products or services from us.

The purpose of these T&C is to establish clear rules, rights, and responsibilities between you and the Company. These terms are designed to protect both parties, to set expectations for the use of this website and participation in our events, and to limit potential legal disputes.

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, registering for an event, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C. T&C establish rules, rights, and responsibilities between you and the Company, and they may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in our events after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer

Participation in any event, program, or activity hosted by Retired Hustler, LLC is strictly voluntary and at your own risk. Activities may include visiting properties, including homes under renovation, which may present risks such as uneven surfaces, construction hazards, tools, debris, allergens, or other unsafe conditions.

By registering, attending, or participating, you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, illness, death, property damage, or financial loss, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, staff, affiliates, contractors, and partners are not responsible or liable for any injury, accident, illness, death, loss, theft, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of your participation.

3. Hold Harmless Agreement

By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Retired Hustler, LLC from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, or legal actions arising out of your attendance or participation.

4. Ticket Sales, Refunds, and Chargebacks

• All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

• Registered participants may not initiate chargebacks under any circumstances. Any attempted chargeback will be treated as a breach of contract and pursued to the maximum extent of the law, including recovery of the original amount, attorney’s fees, court costs, lost wages, interest, and collection costs.

• In the event the Company cancels an event, we may provide a full refund or credit toward a future event at our sole discretion. The Company is not responsible for travel expenses or other costs incurred by participants.

5. Ticket Transfer Policy

1. Transferability

   • Tickets may be transferred to another individual at the discretion of the original purchaser, following the rules below.

2. Registration of New Attendee

   • The original purchaser must provide the full name, email, and required information of the new attendee prior to the event.

   • The new attendee must agree to all Terms & Conditions, Waivers, and Hold Harmless agreements before entry.

3. Limitations and Restrictions

   • Transfers are final; once a ticket is transferred, the original purchaser loses all rights to the ticket.

   • Tickets cannot be resold commercially without written permission.

   • Transfers may be restricted up to a certain date before the event.

4. Liability

   • The Company is not responsible for disputes or issues arising from ticket transfers. The new ticket holder assumes all rights and responsibilities under the Terms & Conditions.

6. Media Release

By attending, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant the Company permission to use your likeness in marketing or promotional materials without compensation.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County/AZ.

9. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By completing registration, purchase, or use of this website, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, Waiver, and Disclaimer.

• Agree to assume all risks associated with participation.

• Accept that all ticket sales are final and chargebacks are prohibited.

• Agree to the hold harmless provisions.

• Acknowledge that transferred tickets are subject to the same terms.
